Many reasons lead me to write about this hotel, the main one being the warm welcome we received. From the beginning you feel good at la Villa du Taur. Every team member seems to care about the clients' wellbeing and will go above and beyond to meet their needs.
I called several times before arrival to get some details - I always feel a bit anxious having to approach a city center by car. They always answered kindly and with a big smile. The Jeanne dark underground car park is easily accessible and located within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The surroundings and the hotel façade are beautiful. The reception area is airy and welcoming and check-in was really smooth.
The rooms are big enough, modern and clean. I enjoyed the artistic touch, everything showcases good taste. The bathroom was of utmost quality and the large balcony windows are great.
I particularly enjoyed the small touches and thoughts, they make you feel at home: advent calendar in the hallway, vintage wardrobe downstairs, eco-friendly make-up remover pad to take home, tea, coffee and a small personalised note.
